How much does wedding stationery cost?
Design Packages start at £250 and the price depends on the level of personalisation and scope of the project. Individual stationery items and add-ons are also available for couple who only need one or two pieces.
What does the consultation include?
Your consultation covers design direction colour palette discussion, stationery needs, timeline planning, and any accessibility or customisation requirements. It is a chance for me to understand your vision and outline the best approach for your stationery.
Is the consultation fee deductible?
Yes – the £50 consultation fee is deducted from your final invoice when you proceed with me.
Process
How many concepts do I receive?
For all designs you will receive at least 2 concepts, some packages you may receive up to 4 and any additional concepts are £50 each.
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes 2 rounds of refinements, with additional rounds available if needed
How long does a project take?
I will work with you throughout your wedding plan to help ensure your stationery is going out at the correct time.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes – rush orders are available for projects requiring completion within 8 weeks. A rush fee of £250 applies to prioritise your design in the schedule
Printing
Is printing offered?
Printing is not included in the design pricing. You can print independently or chose optional print management, which covers proofing, order, quality checks and delivery coordination.
Can I use my own printer?
Absolutely – all designs are supplied as high-resolution, ready to print file suitable for any reputable printer.
Do you provide print-ready files?
Yes – final artwork is delivered as profession, print ready PDFs, along with PNG/JPEG versions of any motifs or illustrations where needed.
Logistics
Does RGE Design work remotely?
Yes – all design work is completed remotely, allowing you to collaborate from anywhere in the UK.
Can RGE Design work with international clients?
Not at the moment.
As RGE Design is newly established, international projects are not currently offered while I ensure full compliance with local trade laws, printing regulations, and cross border requirements international projects. UK-based projects are fully supported.
Does RGE Designs design for destination weddings?
Yes – your stationery can be tailored to suit your destination, theme, and travel needs, provided the couple are based in the UK.
Accessibility
Can accessibility needs be considered?
Absolutely – larger text sizes, high contrast colour palettes, simplified layouts, and clear typography can be incorporated to support guests with visual or cognitive needs.
Can you create larger print versions for guests?
Yes – any stationery item can be adapted into large-format or high-visibility versions such as oversized menus, ceremony programmes or signage.
